Application Deadlines & Enrollment Policies
Standard Application Deadlines:
All applications and payments are due by the standard application deadline, and airfare prices will only be guaranteed until this date:
- Winter Programs 2026-27:
- November 15th for all programs
- Summer Programs 2027:
- March 15th for Summer Europe
- April 15th for Summer Japan
- May 15th for Summer Iceland
If the deadline falls on a weekend, Saturday or Sunday, the deadline is moved to the following Monday. Thus if the 15th falls on a Saturday, the deadline will be Monday the 17th. If the 15th falls on a Sunday, the deadline will be Monday the 16th.
Your university may have earlier internal deadlines. Please contact GLO for more information.
Payment Plans:
GLO offers payment plans for students who apply and pay the $500 deposit prior to the standard application deadline. Contact GLO for further details.
Extended Application Deadlines:
If GLO extends the application deadline past the standard application deadline, all program fees are due immediately. Students will be quoted current airfare costs once the program is paid in full.
Withdrawal Date:
Students may withdraw from their program, with a full refund, at least 60 days prior to the program departure date. All money is non-refundable past the withdrawal date.
